It’s books left out or removed from the playbook

It’s incredible words that were removed or not allowed into the Bible that seem to be judged by mirror mortal men. Theoretically rulers of territories that wanted to control their people they would have great reason to want to remove things from the Bible that didn’t fit their agenda. All in all the book was a good read. The voice is a little monotonous. I sped it up a little bit And helped.

Perfect

This is one of the best compilations of the lost scripts I’ve ever read. I’d definitely rate this book as one that needs to be read, studied, and then meditate upon what’s been taught

Narration Poor

It’s hard to listen to this narrator. Especially the phrase “Codex Corrupted” over and over! Maybe reissue with AI narration.

Very Interesting

A long history of the forgotten books. Narrator is soothing with explanations and context very helpful. Although there are no chapter marks to find places.

Weak Narration

The narrator attempts to read at least half an octave below his natural speaking voice. It makes me think of a community theater actor trying to sound like his character has a sore throat, but knowing that he has to project to be heard.
The mispronunciations begin with "canonical" fairly early in the preface. This is followed by multiple examples of "treatise"... tree-at-us? Read that as "The giant threw a tree at us". There are others, but these examples should make my point.
I'm not sure if the print version is wrong or if the narrator adds the "S" on his own, but the book of "Revelations" is mentioned.
This is all within the preface of a 44+ hour book.
I hope to finish this, as the subject fascinates me, but so far it is extremely disappointing as far as the narration goes.

loved the content, not the performance

I have read the protestant Bible almost every version. I'm dedicated to Jesus but love these books, too. I know they're not canon and listen with that ear. This book was informative, but the way the performer changed voice and inflections was not for me.
