Mysterious, Suspenseful, and Romantic

Loved this book tremendously. The love Bain maintained for Crystal that overcame the walls she had up was heart warming. I can listen to this book multiple times.

Lovely Story!

I absolutely love Bane and Crystal’s love story. The narrator’s female voice was tough to listen to. He’s great for the male, however Ron Butler has spoiled me for any other narrators. Ron is the absolute best!

Sorry it took me so long to get to this book. Long over due.

Enjoyed the narrator. Like his ability to change his voice for different people. His female voice was a little nasally. I felt BadAss Bane’s voice needed to be a bit richer. Just my opinion. The voice he used for Dillon was to die for.

Story was good as always. Always enjoy Brenda Jackson’s work. It didn’t disappoint to show the reconciliation and healing from their separation.

First audible download for a Brenda Jackson book. 😊👍🏾 I’m ready to purchase more.

Lasting love over time

It was great to hear Bane’s and Crystal’s love story. The story of how love can mature with individuals as they grow. My only draw back was the narrator female voice was “scratchy”. I almost had to stop listening but the voice of Bane was so sexy — I made it through.

Hard to listen…

I must be honest and say the book was great and I love Ms Jackson’s work but this narrator was disappointing! Monotone and robotic
