Charming Horsey Small Town Romance
I discovered Heather Wallace through her book, Confessions of a Timid Rider, and her follow-up up book, Adulting with Horses. I also loved Girl Forward, about Heather's adventures covering the Mongol Derby. Back Door Horse is the first fiction work by Heather that I have read. The book is both a frothy feel-good romance and a story of self-discovery and reinvention

Comfortable
This was such a comfortable book to read (listen via Audible). The characters were engaging and the story was so charming it just swept you along. Following Imogen through falling in love with the handsome vet next door to her renewed love of horses thanks to Fortune was so sweet! Will be looking for the next book of the series for sure!

Horses, a moose, a cute neighbor and a not so meet cute!
I loved reading this book, and the audiobook was just as wonderful. The characters are fun and feisty, and the narrator did an amazing job bringing them to life. Looking forward to the next boom in the series. I’d highly recommend this as a fun listen!

Love love love
Heather Wallace is talented beyond words and has a gift for writing characters that are so relatable you wonder if it’s you she wrote about. I have now read this book twice and cannot wait for book 2.
Narrator was really good as well.
