  • On today's show, we open with an example of why government makes almost everything worse while wasting our money. We look at the sheer amount of fraud in drug pricing with Medicare. Former Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm just landed a job with one of the energy companies she gave over $600 million to in August of 2024. We have to stop the revolving door in so many areas of our federal government. We then listen to a few comments from newly confirmed FBI Director, Kash Patel, giving his acceptance speech. Then we change gears with our food-talk 4th Saturday with Valerie Holt. Today we discuss the history of chocolate. My final news segment deals with how the media creates too many caricatures, which often are not even close to reality. Finally, during the Vulcan Mind-meld segment, fellow broadcaster BK from BK on the Air joins me and we discuss the upcoming Dare Devil series on Disney+.
