over all interesting
not bad. got some good recipes I made right away. they said there would be a quiz at the end to find out your dosha and I listened to the entire book,, no quiz. it just explains the different doshas at the end.

Not much on Ayurveda.
If you know the basics about Essential Oils, don't waste your money. This isn't a book that teaches you about Ayurvedic treatments.

Seems More knowledgeable about western aromatherapy
Very little to gain from first few chapters and one wonders why continue? Ayurveda title and stories about india feel included to market her essential oil and western aromatherapy content to a new audience. Certainly not a pure Ayurveda book. Very disappointed.
