Love the workbook with it
If you are new to learning about attachment styles, this is a great book to help with several styles, and the workbook keeps you moving in the right direction. I have been working with my daughter for some time on her anxious and avoidant behaviors. Not necessarily for romantic relationships but more so for friendships. She has a pattern where she becomes overly attached, and then eventually, the friendships blow up because the relationship becomes unhealthy. Now that she is graduating, she won't have those high school-type friendships anymore. So, while reading this book, she could listen to someone besides me about her behavior. What's nice is that she is working through the workbook, sharing what she is learning with me, and asking that I help hold her accountable. It's a very nice book, and I like the workbook included so that you have something tangible to work with.

Helped with my trust issues
I've had a lot of terrible experiences, and all of them made me very anxious and distrustful. Because of all of these issues, it's become a lot harder for me to form connections. I want to change of of that and I want to stop being lonely and worried all the time. Thanks to this book and it's lessons, I feel like I'm on the right track. I also enjoyed listening to it as the author had an entertaining writing style.
