last chapters are boring
the information regarding the health benefits was interesting but it should start off , if your somewhat healthy and have no underlying problems then this will be good to try, but it states its good for some elements and then tells you not to take it if you have said elements.

Ashwagandha is amazing!

Ashwagandha is an herb that modulates the body's response to stress and/or a changing environment, both of which are consistent aspect of modern day life.
With this book, I was able to discover simple self-care tips and delicious smoothie recipes that helped me rebalance yourself, feel happier and hopefully eventually lose weight and transform my body.

Interestingly boring
I'm glad this book was short because I think it would be difficult to write more on the subject. I did find it interesting and I think I will try some but this book reads like a medical commercial.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Ashwagandha: The Miraculous Herb!?
I did not even heard of this mysterious herb until I listened to this book. There's alot of ways you can use this herb to enrich your body and mind. It's really a miracle and holistic solution that's proven to help me in my 9 to 5 lifestyle.

I felt a sense of peace because the narrator's voice was quite pleasant! Also I learned a ton about Ashwagandha
