Learned a lot

I learned a lot from this summary, but still wish I had time to read the actual book. The narrator had really good diction and was easy to listen to. Overall, I would say this would be good for a student study guide.

Read

Read by a computer?

I don't know much more than I did when I started . However, I knew nothing about the Paleo Diet and did learn enough to know that it is not for me. Narrator was very mechanical , one of the worst I have heard.
