A book perfect to tackle my needs
I have a hard time organizing my day-to-day tasks, which makes me feel stressed and anxious. This book helped me to apply some strategies to organize my tasks and divide them to be able to finish them. It also has examples of people going through difficulties and the strategies you can apply to overcome depression for example.

Good book
At age 40 with a hectic schedule, a book became the essential guide I needed. The book avoids expecting perfect results and big lifestyle transformations while other self-help guides commonly do. The book supplies straightforward actions which I can incorporate into my daily routine without difficulty.

Self Improvement!
I loved this book! It’s well written. The narrator has a soothing voice and is easy to listen to. My favorite chapter addressed effective techniques in building consistent habits. I started building three new habits using the techniques the same evening I started listening to the book. They are very easy to implement, no matter how busy you are.
