Great story

I loved this Audible, but it was difficult to follow when it was changing from the present to the past and back again. I believe the print edition changes font, but there’s no distinction made in the narration and it’s confusing.

2/18/21 Holy Crashing Waves!!!! I just listened to the audiobook. I didn't think the book could get better, but the narrator proved me wrong. She was able to bring one of my favorites stories to life in a way I could not each and every time I have read it. Her ability to distinguish between characters was fantastic. I will definitely be listening to it again and again in the near future.

Great read

This book was an enjoyable read. it was a bit predictable, but for those like me who love a "happily ever after" story, this is a good one, and in a beautiful setting. The narrator was great, and I just truly enjoyed this book

good story, but fairly predictable

I pretty much figured it out pretty quickly, but the characters were likable and the story was good.

Great story & Narrator

I really enjoyed the story, predicable yes, but a fun, easy read. I really enjoyed the narrator and thought she did a great job. I’ll definitely look for more books narrated by her. Her swallowing sounds were magnified in spots which was a tad unnerving, but aside from that, no complaints.

A successful Story!

I really enjoyed this book. Even though it seems sad at times, the characters were heartfelt and deep. I could connect with them and I enjoyed the book. Life isn't always happy, I loved the way the author wasn't afraid to write this story. In the end, everything works out as it should in life.

Worthy to read

Sweet, tender story of coming of age and coming about it life. Romantic. I really enjoyed the characters, the setting, and delivery of the story. Well read too!
