Positively Amazing!
This audiobook was really excellent for me! The author really hammers home the idea that repetition is key when it comes to achieving optimal results, especially when you're trying to manage depression. I found the affirmations to be particularly helpful, they really helped me stay motivated and stay focused on my goals. The narration was absolutely fantastic! The narrator had a soothing voice that made it easy to stay engaged with the material. I would definitely recommend this audiobook to anyone who is struggling with depression or just looking for a little extra motivation in their daily life. It's definitely worth a listen!

Great book
We are right in the depths of winter and SAD gets me every year. The author and the affirmations teach you how to develop a strong mindset and find positives in what you have in your life. They have helped me to refocus my mind on the positives when im feeling low

Inspiring!
I love listening to this book every morning as I am getting ready for my day. It puts me in a positive frame of mind and starts me off on the right track.
This book has set me on the path to be free from my seasonal affective disorder.
I recommend this book to everyone, even those who are not affected by the disorder and are just looking to live a more positive happy life.

Great book
The author explains that to reach optimum outcome repetition is key with a peaceful place or environment. You will be able to reach a strong mindset to manage depression in the long run. I enjoyed the affirmations such as being satisfied with what you have, not being productive all the time, being aware of your capabilities, strong enough to manage any situation can give you the motivation needed to reach your goals. Will recommend!!!

Just What I Needed
As someone who struggles with Seasonal Affective Disorder, I found "Affirmations for Seasonal Affective Disorder" to be an incredibly helpful resource. The audio book format made it easy to incorporate the daily affirmations and guided meditations into my daily routine, helping to shift my mindset and alleviate my symptoms. The author's use of the Law of Attraction and self-hypnosis provided a unique perspective that I hadn't encountered before, and I found it to be a valuable addition to my self-care practices.

Beautiful!
As someone who lives in Vancouver, BC, I know firsthand how dreary and depressing the winter months can be, especially for those who struggle with Seasonal Affective Disorder. The affirmations were beneficial, allowing me to focus on positive thoughts and words that inspired me toward love, wealth, and success. Excellent book
This book is an extremely helpful resiurce for people who may be experiencing seasonal affective disorder. It contains many powerful positive affirmations that when practiced regularly, will put your mind in a positive state and set the tone for a more productive and succesful day.
The narrator did an excellent job as well in creating a calm, relaxed mood for allowing these affirmations to refocus and reframe your mind.
I would definitely recommend this audiobook!

Winter is always brutal
I always hate winter I get depressed and don’t want to leave the house, This book has been really helpful in getting me in a better mindset this year, If you hate winter and don’t want to do anything this book could be very helpful

Loved it!!
Living in a state that is more winter than summer this book was designed for me. Plus working from home in a closed-off room without windows can really be depressing. I loved the powerful affirmations and meditation that this book provides to help change my negative thoughts to positive thoughts. Powerful Resource!

Helpful tools!
I appreicate the sincerity of this book. It wasn't until I left my home in sunny SoCal that I realized how impactful seasonal depression could be. I am grateful for the tools I took away from this book, specifically the concept of "using the Law of Attraction" to attract what I desire even when times are challenging. I will be heavily using that moving forward. 10/10!
