An incredible and inspirational story

I love Regina’s work on Open Minds, so of course I was drawn to her book to learn more about her life story. I found myself tearing up within the first few chapters as I was moved by her tumultuous first few years. Through each turn that her life took, I was incredibly impressed by her vulnerability to share her story and also her discipline to live an authentic life that fit her purpose even when it wasn’t easy to do so. I recommend this book to anyone who is already a fan of Regina’s and to those who are looking for inspiration from someone who truly follows her intuition to guide her on a meaningful and impactful path in life.

I could not put this down. It started out as an unpretentious autobiographical telling of a simple life story that became more and more interesting with every turn. So many lifetimes packed into adventure after adventure.

Intelligent and full of curiousity, she has always captured my attention with the guests she has interviewed on topics that have interest for me. To learn of her own journey to self discovery, has been insightful, relatable, and thoroughly enjoyable!

Hours of listening flew by like minutes! Every time I had to pause, I couldn’t wait to get back to it. This is a remarkably open, authentic, heart-centered account of Regina‘s journeys through many lifetimes, both figuratively and literally. The challenges, adventures, lessons, teachings and more are delivered in her own voice which creates a feeling of connection that I experienced viscerally and vicariously. So well done. Regina's honesty and amazing story telling make this book delightful!

I can relate to Regina and her highly sensitive way of seeing life unfold. I feel like we're kindred spirits which made listening to this book such a joyful experience. Good choice to have Regina narrate as well. It became much more personal this way. I highly recommend this book to anyone who follows Regina and her work.
