The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Very good book! Practical and laid out in a way that works up to higher and higher skill levels! This is better of the two books on the subject. Nothing is easy. All this needs work. If you're willing to invest the time and this is a great book.

This book describes amazing simple methods
This book describes amazing simple methods to improve mental agility by focusing on memory. As a college student, I found this to be an invaluable resource. I have spent so many hours reading things, hearing things, only to forget them and have to study them all again come test time, and then forget them again after the class is over.
