Beginner

I was so impressed with just chapter one. My abs are on fire.. looking forward to finishing the entire workout. Instructions are very clear but I suggest you look up the positions to make sure you're doing it right.

Awesome!!!!!!!!! Let it burn!!!!!

This is really helpful I've done only 5 and I can already see a outline I totally suggest this it's a little confusing at first but it is awesome.

excellent

I'll have to listen to the workout a few more times before I'll get all that she's sayingin full y ,then I can start doing them, because I'm a visual learner.I have to imagine what she's saying to understand.Listening to a workout is all new to me ,but douable.I'm grateful to have. this workout.I can apply it any where.very convenient.Well worth it.

quick and effective workouts

I'm a single mom. I cant afford to go to the gym. these workouts are quick and easy and the narrator has a great attitude.

kicked my butt

very good ab work out. ouch. I was definitely feeling some burn. It is very quick but it gets your abs fired.
