Well Done!!
I purchased this for a friend who is providing round-the-clock care for her seriously ill husband, and she was thrilled with it. This book was gifted to me years ago, and I found it to be really motivating.

Empowering and Eye-Opening
Before reading this book, I had no idea how much ADHD had been influencing my life. The book ADHD for Women Who Do Too Much is revolutionary. It describes the distinct ways that ADHD affects women, particularly those who have a tendency to multitask. The author explains how ADHD manifests in subtle, frequently missed ways and provides helpful advice that truly made it easier for me to plan my day and my thoughts. I had never felt so recognized and understood as I did after reading this book.

A Must-Read for Women Struggling with ADHD
I could relate to this book because I'm a lady who feels overburdened all the time. It highlights the numerous, frequently overlooked difficulties faced by women with ADHD. The practical tips for time management, organizing, and self-care were my favorite parts. The instances are very realistic, and the writing is approachable. I can now prioritize what is important in my life and feel more in control of it.
