This book has blessed me greatly, I am glad I came across it, practical and easy to understand.

Good thing in a small package.

I listened all the way through on a flight and look forward to the help I know is there by taking it one day at a time. It is a wealth of both practical and very powerful counsel if followed.

Scripture

It renewed a truth about anger for me, that is, when you're angry at someone you're really angry at God. Maybe not all the time, but definitely it should be considered who you're really angry with.

Helpful book

This book accurately describes anger, elaborates on some of the problems with anger, and graciously provides tactics and mindsets to help us become less controlled by anger.

The Hard Truth

This books started out a bit aggressive. But once I gave the message(s) some thought & reflected on what was being said, I gained an appreciation for the criticism. This is a recommended read.

Edifying

Listened through in a day, but own the hard copy and am looking forward to walking through this for fifty days to keep a plan on renewing my mind daily against learned and practiced sinful practices.

Invaluable guide to humility

Loved this book! I can see myself listening to it again & again to point me in the right direction of growing in self-control over my anger and in submitting it to the Lord. I can’t wait to get started in this process & I’m expecting big changes for myself & my personal peace, as I am rooted and grounded in Jesus!
