Leslie Gould creates a masterpiece with this one. Sting Nielsen is the perfect narrator, always. Loved it. Both very talented.

Best Amish story I have read. Very intriguing story line, kept my interest the whole way through. I love that the author gave descriptions but didn’t go overboard fantastic narration as well.

Great book

It leaves you with a "happy/loving" feeling inside! It is hard to put down once you start reading

well worth a listen.

the story was absolutely rich in history. also the morality that is weaved throughout the book is so refreshing. the reader did a very nice job as well.

hard to follow

theni perspective made the book hard to follow and a bit boring to listen to.

the wisdom of the father,

story has taken longer too unwind,put love how everything fell into place. and how the wisdom and love that she was shown growing up fell into place. too the writer thank for this wonderful story.and all who had a part in this book. thank you G-D bless you all.

Interesting Storyline

I enjoyed the storyline and how generations before was incorporated to the current storyline. Once again, I highly enjoyed the clean writing, but still intriguing.

Ok but far from great

The story line was dry & the reader definitely wasn’t one of my favorites. I am; however, going to try the 2nd book but if it remains the same, I won’t finish.
