Antiquated words, timeless message

Initiative used wisely is a treasure. “Message to Garcia” tells the story and impact of one such man, Lt. Rowan.

not an actual adventure

Considering its reputation, I expected an adventure story. But nothing. Just a celebration of somebody else's effort to deliver a message, embedded in tacky patriotism.

Its all over youtube and the 1934 movie . FREE

Would you try another book from Elbert Hubbard and/or Jim Roberts?

Lets just say you wouldn't see my shadow for more than a blink if this were a sermon in church and I was in the chior.

Would you ever listen to anything by Elbert Hubbard again?

No. He's a dead, old man. I'm a live old man.
Times a wasting.

How could the performance have been better?

It is. Its on youtube for free.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from A Message to Garcia?

Beginning, middle and end.

Any additional comments?

All the self back patting concerning how all world powers had to copy in their own language and the "historic" numbers distributed. Maybe it was important then. So what now.
