The characters in this book are so endearing.
I love how the author's characters come alive the minute the story begins. Her imagery is simply delightful. You can feel the sticky coffee dripping off of Amelia in the funniest scenes and you can hear humor and wit in each moment with Aunt Margie. You feel sorry for poor pathetic Rhett.
The narration is very well done. The accents are almost perfect. My favorite was the male narrator for Rhett. He nailed the southern accents of the characters in the story.

Wonderful autumn romance with mystery!
This is such a fun romance with a mystery twist. The narration is spot on with authentic Southern accents. Lots of humorous moments, and a few tear-jerker ones too. The perfect listen for fall.
