This leads him to Stonewall, where he meets Zane for the first time and instantly feels himself falling for the mysterious and stone-cut detective.

The two men have their own hangups to work through, but both men are having a hard time denying the connection between them, even though they're trying. When fate insists on pushing them together, Zane and Enzo give in and start exploring their feelings. They'll need to balance their budding relationship with the stress of Enzo's case, which takes them both on a twisting journey toward the truth, all while a bigger threat looms on the horizon.

Instant Love

Sweet romance and a murderer. very interesting and catchy story. Absolute best Narration by Greg Boudreaux. Love your writing style Max Walker. now, for the rest of the series. well worth the credit and your time to listen.

I love this book. I really enjoyed the different pieces that put it all together. Can’t wait to read the next one.

This is a great first book to a series and the narration is perfect! I definitely recommend checking this series out.

Amazing narration by Greg Boudreaux

The book is well worth reading on paper, but the narration makes for a great listen. Greg Boudreaux’s Italian sounds native, and his Italian accent for Enzo was slight, but so effective that I knew exactly when he was that character, so much that I forgot it was the same narrator doing both Enzo and Zane. Not to mention he has one of the sexiest voices in the biz!

good mystery, hot guys

I listen to Stonewall investigations book 1 and book 4 together because it follows the two main characters of Zane and Enzo. I really enjoyed Max Walker's books and the mysteries in both books were compelling. the always fabulous Greg Boudreaux really puts it all together. I had a couple tiny issues with a few grammar problems and also a piece of the story that didn't quite work for me, but that's small potatoes compared to the rest of the books which were really well done. a good solid read for mystery lovers and lover lovers ❤️

A great Audio book story and narration

Everything was exciting and so much hot love, but the story hasn't ended!

Love Max Walker

I am hooked. I love this series. I love hearing the two stories being told through the eyes of the two main characters. The narrator is perfect.

I enjoyed this book for most of the time. It wasn’t a GREAT book, but just ok. I didn’t really enjoy the sex scenes….just not my favorite.

I couldn’t get past the narrator’s oddly bad accent

One of the two main characters is Italian, but the narrator voices him with an Hispanic accent that I found so distracting that I stopped listening midway through.

Zane and Enzo are perfect! Zane a detective who has given en up hope on love after his husband was murdered..... and Enzo a defense attorney who has been scorned and isn't looking for love... find eachother. Their worlds collide is a heap of mystery, danger, spicy times and laughter. Great story, characters and narration!
