Empower yourself by letting go

The chapter about letting go in this audiobook really resonated for me, especially with the anger and challenges I've faced this year. Very Informative

This a wonderful tool for any woman of any age that is going thru any mental or even physical problems. Which lets face it must of us are in one way or another. It covers some many different topics like in Chapter 4 eating properly, Social Media, Over Spending and Sleeping Properly. In Chapter 7 she also covers OCD and PTSD. How it all effects you in one way or another. She gives you the right tools you need overcome them. It's very easy to understand and follow. The narrator also does an awesome job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
