Acerca de esta escucha

In the era of The Hundred Kingdoms, a time of war and unrest, King Carolin of Hastur and his friend, Keeper Varzil Ridenow, work selflessly to put an end to the destruction caused by the long-range weapons of the magical matrix Towers. But Eduin Deslucido - who once called Carolin brother - has been consumed with a vengeful rage, and will stop at nothing to destroy the king and his plan for peace.

I really like the Clingfire trilogy and this book in particular. This is the first novel I’ve read where they explained the history of the Komen and explain a little more of the history of larin. I’ve had to piece together info from all the other books, but it was nice to listen to a section in the beginning where it gave pretty explicit info on that.

The story is structured so you hear about Eduin for many chapters on end and then finally hear about Varsil and Dianis for a few chapters before going back to Eduin. I didn’t care for that story structure that much because I always wanted to know what was going on with the other story, but regardless of that, it was still a good ending to the trilogy.

Great trilogy and last book
