Regardless of his tough exterior, Bernie has a very generous nature & a big heart. When his longtime neighbor, Mr. Parsons gets scammed, Bernie steps in to help. With his devoted dog Chet by his side Bernie is determined to get to the bottom of who is responsible for cleaning out the Parsons’ bank account.
