Story moved along well. Fast paced. Characters well described. Enjoyed the area descriptions. Will listen to more of this author.

Good storytelling

Enjoyed the story, what that kind of fear might feel like, and play out in someone's life.

Really great mystery!

I enjoyed the characters in the story and how they played off of each other. I sincerely liked that I didn't see the end coming. That definitely makes a great mystery for me!

I can't believe this book was free!

I didn't know this author or narrator but loved them both. Fast-paced story! Great characters!

Great story line at a good pace to keep you listening! Love this kind of book!

Twist at the end I didn't see coming.

Pretty good story. The narrator was Very good at changing up the voices just enough that you could tell when a different person was talking.
The editing was lacking just a bit as there were 2 places in the story where it skipped backwards a little bit and you were listening to the same thing again for a minute or two. Also had a fairly lengthy section of a Lot of G Damn its that were a bit too much for me.
All in all a good listen.
I would definitely listen to this narrator again as his inflections were just right for the situations.

High hopes for a new Author

After I finished the Harry Bosch, Jack Reacher, Mitch Rapp, and Jack Ryan series of books, I looked for a new author to get behind. The reviews were good on this book, but the story fell short of the action packed, plot twisting writing styles I had grown used to. Don't get me wrong, the book is not bad, it just wasn't what I was used to.

Impressed

I had zero expectations when starting this book but was quickly impressed and pleased the whole way through!

Little Reducant

It reminded me of John Corey from Nelson DeMille books. Took me a little bit to get on with it but then the book hooked me and I finished it wanting more. Great reader. I read the book at 1.3 probably could’ve been read a little bit faster.

poor production

there are two sections of the recording that repeat. it is very distracting and totally unprofessional. it should be corrected.
