Fabulous book!!
I truly enjoyed this book. I came across David’s podcast by accident, but I know that there are no coincidences but Godincidences/synchronicities. After listening to a few videos I decided to download this book and I am so happy that I did. Although I have been doing these practices for a many years now, this book provided more tools which I plan to use. I highly recommend it!

I love David Bayer’s way of teaching, his testimony that we can all relate to, and the calm, matter of fact way he shares the most important aspects of personal transformation! Loved it!
David is articulate and authentic and’s he speaks my language. I listen to his podcasts so I’d heard some of the stores before but I’ll be listening and relistening to the book.
