Finnleah, the main character

I liked that the pace of the story. I liked the different accents of the characters. I liked the emotion of the story.

I love the ending. The story I believe will have a lot more interesting twist and turns in the 2nd book!

This is my second “read” of book one. I LOVED this audio, it really colored the characters in for me and gave me a clearer picture of their personality and story. I really enjoyed the different voices for the characters and I think they matched perfectly. Excited for the audio version of book two! (Which is also amazing. GO READ IT!) 🩷

This was a good story. I loved the strong female characters and their men. This book delivered was great, fast moving read for both books. I cannot wait for the third. Where can I pre-order.

Sucked into a new fantasy world! READ!

Tetyana is a TOP TIER CREATOR (iykyk). Great dark fantasy with fantastic characters and an amazing reader. I read this book on my own last year, and had to revisit it before the release of the second one (so excited, eeee). Made my husband listen to it with me on a road trip and we were both sucked in within 5 minutes. Love the world building. Love the morally ambiguous characters. ADORE the long sloooooooowwww burn 🔥😏 can’t wait to see how this story continues in the next book!

Dark Fantasy 🔥

~So I had read the physical book before it became available in Audio and let me say I was more intrigued by listening to it!!! I got to understand it more, I was not lost like I was by reading it. I understood the storyline much better. Not sure if this is due because it’s the second time I read this book! The Narrator did a great job. I enjoyed all the different voices and especially Priya, she reminded me of Sofia Vergara when she spoke English!! Lol! Sorry not Sorry. This audio sure was a great one. Now I can’t wait for book 2 to come out!!!

I will admit that my opinion of this book may be coloured by bad narration.
The narrator sounded like she was bored and didn't like the book or doing her job.

It also ended on a cliffhanger, and for that, I automatically retracted one star.
I do not like cliffhangers.
