This Book Is Interesting!

I enjoyed learning the content in this audiobook. This is interesting, because it is important to be positive in life so that you don't suffer from depression or other illnesses. Stress is very negative for your body. So, I recommend it so that people know the consequences of negativity, and know the power of positivity.

This is what it's all about, right?

You can't do anything unless you believe you can, and that's the lesson you learn from this book. Plus practical ways to always be in that mindset. It's SUCH a valuable listen. I'm so glad I found it. Would recommend!!

Inspirational!

The information this book provides should be useful to everyone. the author provides guidance on working on your own mindset in a simple way that can positively influence your life. It seems so simple, but it was really the piece I was missing on how to put it all together. I was able to change my thinking and to realize how others' thinking was affecting me. Once I changed my mindset and the way I perceived my daily interactions, I started to make real progress towards my goals and my confidence in myself was growing. I was able to create a positive feedback loop that has changed my outlook on life. Love this Book! Thank You Arlene Agpoon!

Great easy positive life applications.

It has been a fantastic time to be able to come across a self-help book that provides positive and uplifting words that are rooted from faith in oneself. Drastically change your inner being

Grounding is a word thrown around so often these days with little pragmatic information that ACTUALLY helps you. Not anymore! This uplifting little gem is jam-packed of easy to do methods you can ACTUALLY use to drastically reshape your inner and outer reality. 10/10!
