This is packed with information!

She cuts right to the chase. Many of these projects bore with too many anecdotal stores and try to build suspense because they don’t have much to say. This is packed with information. The only wish I had is the inclusion of accompanying food charts pdf.

Incredibly informative! 10/10

This book is unlike anything I have ever read. It is packed with information that is delivered so well. Dr. Sarah Doyle really does a fantastic job at explaining everything and making sense of how things correlate. I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s the first ‘diet’ - lifestyle change - that I 100% understand, believe in, & agree with wholeheartedly. I’m currently making my meal plan for my family for my first week and am so excited to implement what I’ve learned! Read it, it really may just change your life. I think it already has shifted mine.
