Very bad end
I love to relax and meditate too t
his great way to unwind , I will Often leave this running when we go to sleep and wake up feeling great
But there is a volume problem, because the volume drops in chapter 2 if you set it to a volume and then go to sleep it comes out very loud at the end “thank you for listening” etc so I set a sleep timer to finish before the end
I would buy the set instead of the single units
