His own path to creating the app showed him how sometimes God allows us to be brought low in order to gain momentum to reach new heights and to see that the most valuable things have God at their center. I have been trying for a while to get the men off my ward to connect and do stuff together to build friendships. Movies, dinner, golf. Just hanging out and spending time. I like the idea of the larger group but for me I think staying more local helps me do good to those that I see need it now and I can do it in person. Still a good interview.

I have been an lds bishop and seem a good deal of life through the eyes of others. This is a hard topic but what I saw as bishop is that you can decide the church is wrong or you can decide to do your best to file Jesus and seek His paths. My daughter is gay and this has made me ask a lot of questions but in the end I chose to have faith in Jesus that he will make things right as I stay at the tree. Great interview and an amazing change of heart by this brother.

Reviewed: 01-08-24
Good info and spirit all around. The constant work on self in line with God's will is so good. I am trying to just let go more and give stuff to God and simultaneously show my faith with my effort. The common thread that runs through so many stories is the lack of fulfillment when living a life that is all about you, Drugs, Women. Money. All of the good in life is amplified and better when God is the center. Thanks Eric. Great stuff
