Best cookbook ever!

Instant Pot Cookbook is great! We’ve only used this a handful of times so far but have loved each of the recipes we’ve made out of it. Interesting! I love my instant pot so this cookbook is a must if you have one. I used it all summer to cook corn on the cob, boiled eggs, and baked potatoes. I have made meals in it but love it for the foods I mentioned . It is great for rice and risotto also. Cool!

Well done! I thought this was a cookbook on the original Insant Pot. It isn’t. Most recipes require settings that my Instant Pot doesn’t have. If you have the original model, get cooking info on the internet. Or buy the newest version of the instant Pot... Good cookbook!
