The stories were so original. I will listen to this book many times. I think this is the best thing King has written in years.

Definitely a slow start. When the action starts it doesn’t stop. Very suspenseful. Kept my heart racing. This is one of Dean’s best books.

I couldn’t stay interested. Not as good as the previous 5 books. John Corey is who he is. You either like him or you don’t. He stays the same. Hopefully book 7 will be better. The ending was anticlimactic.

I purchased this audiobook years ago. After several chapters I returned for a refund. Long story short, Actually I have more credits than I need each year. I went back and read reviews for this book. Glowing reviews. The best book I ever read, it changed my life for the better, I loved it. I purchased a second time and made it through to the end. This is the worst King I’ve ever listened to. The foul language, children having sex and a disgusting story. I can’t return it but I am doing the next best thing and deleting it from my device.

Timeless. One of King’s best. Always causes a pounding of the heart. Don’t listen when alone at night.

The narrator is so bad that I can’t stand to listen to this book. I have no idea if the story is good. Doesn’t anybody at audio ever listen to these books? I want to return this horrible selection.

This audio book was interesting. I am really not sure how to rate it. It kept me interested throughout. What I will say it’s about people I am glad I don’t know. I don’t want to spoil the story but I really dislike everything about the father and I don’t like the mother or the son.

I loved the first book about Joe. I was a little nervous about purchasing the sequel. So many mixed reviews.
I am so glad that I took a leap of faith and purchased The Shadows We Hide. The story was well written. I really liked the characters. I don’t make moral judgments. I didn’t think that there was any reason to. Joe was a good guy. His decisions were questionable to some but I didn’t have any issues with these.
This is a fictional story and I am now a solid fan of Allen Eskens. Zack Villa was outstanding as the narrator.
This is one of my favorite audiobooks.

I have all four audiobooks in this series and I am looking forward to audiobook number five.
I really liked the stories and the characters.
Scott Brick always does a outstanding job as narrator. Gregg Hurwitz does an amazing job keeping his readers entertained.
I highly recommend the Orphan X series.
I haven’t had a chance to read any other books by Gregg Hurwitz but I am sure that they will be worth purchasing.

After purchasing this audiobook I read the reviews. The reviews were very bad. I thought about returning this audiobook without listening.
I am so glad that I decided to give this audiobook a try.
I liked the story. I didn’t knit pick the story apart like so many reviews had. I listened and enjoyed. I am a fan of the Nowhere Man series.
Gregg Hurwitz tells a fascinating story. Scott Brick never disappoints.
Bottom line, this is a fictional story, therefore everything doesn’t have to believable.
I am looking forward to book #3 in this series.
You can’t always go by the reviews of others.
