This collection includes books four, five, and six in the young Jack Sparrow adventure series. In The Sword of Cortez, Jack must find a way to command the unwieldy power of the sword, defeat the specter of Hernan Cortes, and save his mates. Jack and the crew of the Barnacle become prime suspects in the disappearance of a charmed amulet in The Age of Bronze. And in Silver, when Jack and his crew are forcibly brought abroad the terrible Fleur de la Mort, they quickly learn there might not be an easy way off.

Fun adventures of Captain Jack and crew

These are great stories that wrap up the sword of Cortez arc and introduce us to a new one. The characters are all well performed with distinct mannerisms that really draw you in. It is a shame that the rest of the “Young Jack Sparrow” books have yet to get the audible treatment. Having only a part of the series is disappointing.
