Story
Viola Bowen has the chance of a lifetime: to design a video game based on her all-time favorite book series. The only problem? Her co-lead is Jesse F-ing Andrews, a.k.a. her arch-nemesis. Jesse has made it abundantly clear over the years that he wants nothing to do with her–and Viola has no idea why. When their bosses insist a wintery retreat is the perfect team-building exercise, Viola can’t think of anything worse. Being freezing cold in a remote mountain lodge knowing Jesse is right next door? No, thank you.

I loved this world and Theo and Jade were amazing characters. I will definitely read the next books I the series. my only complaint of this book was the older gentleman friend of the couple, was narrated with a voice that sounds like Winnie the Pooh. The narrator should never use that voice!

Such a good fantasy romance. The characters grew so much in their love for each other and were able to look past each other's differences. This is an ultimate Beauty and the Beast re-imagined. I will definitely go to the next book. Also, I did like listening to the audible version, with an English accent. It definitely gave it an extra oomf.

Story
When I went to my neighbor's apartment to investigate strange sounds, I never expected to fall through a portal into another world. Yet here I am, a stranger in an even stranger land...and I'm stranded. In this world, might makes right, men carry swords, and gods walk the earth. Within minutes of arriving, I'm enslaved. The one person that might be able to help me is also the one person I want to throttle most. Aron, Lord of Storms, Butcher God of Battle, is my new companion. Or rather, I'm his.

Wow, Dixon is amazing!
Reviewed: 03-13-22
I picked this up after reading many of the Ice Planet Barbarian series, knowing I've loved all of those, I wanted to see what else Dixon had to offer. This is so good, like even better than Ice Planet. I'm shocked at how good this was. This will go on my list of top books I've read this year. Faith and Erin gave me all the feels. This world was amazing and I could not have asked for better character growth. I'm only sad that it's over. I could keep reading about them forever. Ill be looking for more like this. If you have read other Dixon works and are curious about this, please don't hesitate!!!

Story
Concerned that technology is about to chase mythological creatures out into the open (how long can Sasquatch stay hidden from Google maps?), the League for Interspecies Cooperation is sending Jillian to Louisiana on a fact-finding mission. While the League hopes to hold on to secrecy for a little bit longer, they're preparing for the worst in terms of human reactions. They need a plan, so they look to Mystic Bayou, a tiny town hidden in the swamp where humans and supernatural residents have been living in harmony for generations.
