I have a great interest in this period of history and sincerely hope we never make the same mistake again. It is well written an stunning in the detail of the story. A very courageous read.

I feel the pain and yet the love in this book. Such strength yet elegance in its delivery.
A topic that is hard to read but so worth it giving so much understanding.
Thank you so much

Story
Part biography, part cultural history, The Creation of Anne Boleyn is a fascinating reconstruction of Anne’s life and an illuminating look at her afterlife in the popular imagination. Why is Anne so compelling? Why has she inspired such extreme reactions? What did she really look like? Was she the flaxen-haired martyr of Romantic paintings or the raven-haired seductress of twenty-first-century portrayals? (Answer: Neither.) And perhaps the most provocative questions concern Anne’s death more than her life.

Excellent. Must read for fans of the Tudor times and especially Anne Boleyn. I loved it and it has sparked an even deeper interest in her complex character.
