They were not a perfect family, indeed, these stories will raise your eyebrows at times, they are so dysfunctional. The story of Abraham is a journey through life. It is a journey all of us are called to make.

A good work environment is important.

The author did a great job going through how to build trust for first time managers. There is a lot to consider when dealing with employees as a manager and a lot to consider about yourself too. The book sheds light on the importance of building trust and not micromanaging in the workplace. How you should act as a manager will get you far in the position and how successful you become. Great audiobook.
