Excellent topic everyone should be aware of

Second time thru the book. Wow! Definitely a good read for parents, individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, etc, as well as seniors.
Probably most noteworthy to those suffering from alhzheimers and other aging effects, etc.
However, all educational institutions and home schooling leaders-teachers should be aware of these findings also.
Will change your mind on the importance of exercising and health, wellness, and the brain.
