I didn’t see the Cliff hanger coming. I thought I was reading the end of a series. Whoops. Hopefully, the next in the series comes out soon. I really enjoy this author and this series.

Jud Lawson found me stranded in the rain. Broken down on the side of the road in a deserted neighborhood with my piece-of-crap car. I wasn’t looking for a hero, and definitely not one who looks like him. An obscenely hot mountain of a man who screams danger. But I have little choice other than climbing onto the back of his bike.

The kid parts are too obnoxious! I can’t finish.

The wiring of the kid’s dialogue is too obnoxious to bear. I generally always complete a listen to give the book a fair chance. Only one other time have I found an audio book unbearable. I have 600 books in my library. This book and the narration of the kid’s scenes comes in second. Hated it.

I normally LOVE this author. Literally every other book she has written but this book felt like she was forced to get something out there. By chapter two I was done done done hearing the same freaking thing over and over. There really isn’t much of a plot. It’s super frustrating because I really wanted to like it. Rather, I really wanted to hear another story as goods as this authors other books. So disappointing.

Literally the worst book I’ve ever read.

This author is a scam artist if you ask me. The whole book is the same few sentences and phrases on repeat. If you keep going the whole series is exactly the same material as well (I did not make it all the way.) I’ve heard that there is not a completion to the series anyway because the publisher pulled the last book. Probably, because they too, were tired of being scammed with the same damn sentences over and over. This author should have some respect for her fans and apologize. Yikes, what a dumpster story.

I almost wish I had the series in print so that I can count how many times the same information is repeated. Really? Is she a nurse? If only we were informed more about how she’s a nurse.
This is my first experience of this author and the story could have been so good if only she would have not dragged it out and came up with a new dialogue. Does she always write this lazy? I imagine a lot of copy and pasting going on. They’ve been saying the same shit for four books now! Such a disappointment!!!! It’s free with audible escape, but save yourself the time!
