This is the best book I have ever read. I love it! Before I even finished it, I posted it on my Facebook page and told all of my Facebook friends to read it! I am so inspired, so motivated, and ready to do what is necessary to better my life all around. This is not just a fitness book, this is a book that will teach you practical ways to better your life overall and I feel so blessed to have found it.
