Although it took me quite some time to get through the series, it was a great journey! I was disappointed to get to the end since I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Now I just hope that I can find another as great!

Would you listen to The Path Between the Seas again? Why?
I have a few other books that I'm listening to, but I'm looking forward to re-listening! There were so many facts and characters that I want to be able to understand how it all came together for what became my hometown for so many years!
What other book might you compare The Path Between the Seas to and why?
I haven't found it yet but I'm looking for more books with additional information about how it was during this historic period.
Any additional comments?
I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to better understand what transpired before and during the construction of the Panama Canal. This book gave me a better understanding of why the French failed and how the United States was able to eradicate mosquito-borne illnesses / the unpredictable Gaillard Cut.
