Story
On the outside, Lucas Holt is what nightmares are made of. A man cloaked in darkness, with sin-filled eyes and an enticing grin. A devil so devastatingly beautiful and cruel that his very presence instills fear. But beneath his terrifying, ever-calm exterior is an affectionate man haunted by a past that refuses to stay buried. And Lucas looks at me as though he's finally found the only person who can make it all go away.

Wish I hadn't..

I really wish I hadn't ever read this book because I actually used to really like her. She describes #26 as being emotionally and verbally abusive, callous, insensitive and yet in her steps to recovery she jumps into bed with him? He damaged her so much in a way she's never been hurt before she describes. I'm sorry, but I can't respect someone that talks so poorly about someone but stills deems it ok to have sex with them so she can get the upper hand. This book is nothing but BS and I am not even sure how it got published!!
