Richness of the characters

All the characters were so oddly interesting. They were such an array of personalities and journeys of life that were interwoven that kept you curious. Well done.

It made me think differently about those that are immigrating. That it may not be their choice to leave a familiar place (their home ) to escape for safety reasons. It was well written and meaningful.

The New York Times best-selling novel from Garth Stein - a heart-wrenching but deeply funny and ultimately uplifting story of family, love, loyalty, and hope - a captivating look at the wonders and absurdities of human life...as only a dog could tell it.
