Pain is so personal

Pain is so personal and this book spoke to me so many times. I, too, suffer from chronic pain, and for over 20 years I have dealt with this pain from my low back to my feet. After hundreds of back injections to now my fourth spinal cord stimulator, my outlook on ever being pain free is very dim. But even thru all this, I can say to anyone that asks, I will one day be pain free, most likely on the other side of eternity, but that is ok. My LORD is still in His throne and I will go on.

I have loved Max’s stories since my first book. I worked at a Christian book store at the time and I always kept an eye out for another book by Max Lucado. To date, I have a couple shelves dedicated just to Max’s books.
Keep writing Max and I will keep adding more books to my collection.

I have loved Max’s books since “6 Hours One Friday” arrived at my door many years ago.
I just love the way Max can take everyday words and arrange them into wonderful stories showing God’s love, Mercy and Grace to humanity.
I hope and pray that Max will continue to write under the influence of the Holy Spirit for many years to come.
