much better than the previous Cormoran Strike novel. This one was much easier to follow and was more interesting with just the right amount of suspense. I still wish the author would get rid of the book excerpts at the beginning of each chapter, those can get pretty tedious. There were some side stories that were unnecessary. All in all I still enjoyed the book.

It's a good story but way, way to long! The quotes at the beginning of each chapter were tedious.

I really enjoyed this book. The plot moved right along. The twists and turns were interesting without being too much. The best part is the characters, they are lovely. There are tender stories, murder, able-bodied and intelligent septigenairians. It's an easy read. I liked it.

I enjoy Elly Griffiths Ruth Galloway series but the voices the narrator gives the male characters is distracting. I always notice that its a British woman trying to sound like an American male or in Nelson's case like a British with an Irish affectation to his speech. Maybe it's just me.

Very educational and inspiring look into the childhood of Trevor Noah. it was funny but still let you feel how apartheid effected Noah and his family. It is also a very nice tribute to his mother.

Classic Charlaine Harris but without all the sex. Can't wait to read more. My favorite character is the witch. 😉

As a native San Franciscan and fan of witch novels I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I usually listen while driving but this story and its narrator had me making excuses to turn on the book and listen. Thanks for a great story. I can't wait to hear the next one.

What a great story; Ove is a quirky, curmudgeon who grows on you very quickly. All the characters were interesting. I highly recommend this book, especially if you understand dry humor.
