my son's a 6 & 8 and I've been playing this since COVID. It has definitely has a positive impact on their consciousness. Especially helpful if you have never been exposed to positive affirmations and don't know where to start. The narrators deep and smoothing voice is such a blessing too. Thank you BetterU Publishing
