Story
Why is the church so ineffectual and characterized by the mosaic generation as unchristian? The term born again has been devalued both in society and in the church. Recent social studies surveys have shown that those who regard themselves as born again Christians have the same tendency to divorce as people who aren't Christians at all! In these surveys, being born again is defined by what people say they believe.

Good overall, but didn’t agree with every doctrinal principle. I would have preferred a perspective that included both gods total grace and redemption, but with the role of personal choice in receiving that redemption.

Story
With passion and purpose, Greg Laurie and Ellen Vaughn tell the amazing true story of the Jesus Movement, an extraordinary time of mass revival, renewal, and reconciliation. Setting fascinating personal stories within the context of one of the most tumultuous times in modern history, the authors draw important parallels with our own time of spiritual apathy or outright hostility, offering hope for the next generation of unlikely believers - and for the next great American revival.

Mostly Fantastic

Overall so very poignant and spiritually astute, but the writers' review of history was subjective, fraught by personal biases that were not descriptive of the experiences of some of us who lived in those decades. I also weary of individualism being portrayed as selfish. it can alternatively be viewed as concern for the rights of each individual and concern regarding the potential for those rights to be devoured by the mob-like mentality that would potentially- and sometimes does - seek to punish and/or obliterate those who fail to fall in line with whatever mores the collectivist society demands of them.

Best book on suffering I have ever encountered!
Reviewed: 01-20-23
The author addresses trauma and suffering as a whole from a perspective of immense respect for the sufferer. The book contains a beautiful combination of clinical knowledge, authentic Christianity, and an appeal for "christendom" to rip off the masks and rationalizations that have resulted in abandonment and retraumatization of abuse victims.

Story
The Real Anthony Fauci details how Fauci, Gates, and their cohorts use their control of media outlets, scientific journals, key government and quasi-governmental agencies, global intelligence agencies, and influential scientists and physicians to flood the public with fearful propaganda about COVID-19 virulence and pathogenesis, and to muzzle debate and ruthlessly censor dissent.
