I am many things, but a supernatural being is not one of them. At least not until a crescent mark appears on my wrist and everything changes. I’ve been marked by a wolf goddess, yet no one knows what that means, myself included.

the story was well written with 3 dimensional characters. While all the classic mythical beings are present in the story, the author shifts the rules which we know a little to make a world that is her own.
The narrators do a wonderful performance that gives each character their own voice. Their readings were less reading and more performance. Worthy of a radio.

Story
Katniss Everdeen, girl on fire, has survived, even though her home has been destroyed. Peeta has been captured by the Capitol. District 13 really does exist. There are rebels. There are new leaders. A revolution is unfolding. It is by design that Katniss was rescued from the arena in the cruel and haunting Quarter Quell, and it is by design that she has long been part of the revolution without knowing it. District 13 has come out of the shadows and is plotting to overthrow the Capitol. Everyone, it seems, has had a hand in the carefully laid plans - except Katniss.

I especially liked the 3 book in the series. It was humorous with a touch of action drama.

Story
I'm Everly Marrs. Eighteen months ago, the Letters took me to force my father's hand and turned my world upside down. A few months after that, a man named Ben took me from them, and I went through hell before I saw them again. They turned my heart inside out. In fast moments I'll never get over, I killed my father and walked away from everything - the Alliance, the Letters, my heart. Then one of my Letters walked into a bar...it sounds like a joke, yet it's anything but funny. Once again, I'm plunged back into their world, only they aren't taking me this time. No one is.

The narrator had a flat tone. While sometimes reading from the female perspective it was, ok. When from the male or even multiple characters, the narrator's flat tone diminished the quality of the story.

At last, listeners can experience Edward's version in the long-awaited companion novel, Midnight Sun. This unforgettable tale as told through Edward's eyes takes on a new and decidedly dark twist. The reader was not a good fit. The reader was hard to hear and understand. When he was read from the female perspective it came off as perverse. When he was reading the main male charater he sounded effeminate. Only when he was reading from the antagonist 's perspective did he do OK. I could not sink into the story. Infact I was constantly wondering when it would be over.
