Should be required reading

How do people get the most important job in the world without having some kind of class or required reading list?!
I was feeling pretty overwhelmed with the changes I’m my daughter’s behavior as she neared 2 years old... I am so glad I found this book!
She covers so much good info and unfortunately some of my tendencies and defaults (though understandable) are not the best approach when dealing with a toddler.
It is such an interesting stage and most parents haven’t studied child development soooo read this book!

My heart resonates so deeply with the wisdom in this book. As a new parent it can be so hard and confusing navigating how to discipline our child... Do we do what we experienced, what other people suggest, or listen to our inner voice? This book resonates with my inner voice and I am so thankful to have it put into words, examples, and child development facts! Every parent needs to go through this book.

The Tool I've been Looking for!

I've gone through a lot of personal development type books, but unfortunately can't say that many have actually changed my day to day life or actions. Even though I just finished her book, I already know that this 5 second rule tool and the stories she's shared have changed me. I'm excited to see where it takes me! It so simple and that's one of the reasons why it actually works! I also love Mel's performance here. She's real and even gets emotional in some parts (which I dig cuz I'd be doing the same).
