Ridiculous

It is as ridiculous as the last few books. All the events are so silly. I liked the writing very much as well.

When New Yorker Rachel Chu agrees to spend the summer in Singapore with her boyfriend, Nicholas Young, she envisions a humble family home and quality time with the man she hopes to marry. Story
In the house of Helios, god of the sun and mightiest of the Titans, a daughter is born. But Circe is a strange child—not powerful, like her father, nor viciously alluring like her mother. Turning to the world of mortals for companionship, she discovers that she does possess power—the power of witchcraft, which can transform rivals into monsters and menace the gods themselves.

I liked it even better than the first book

I loved it! It was written fantastically, and though the myths covered weren’t altered that much, the feel was completely different. I loved the metaphor and similes she uses.
