It came without warning: a microscopic enemy that methodically turned the green Earth gray, decimating the food chain until only the prepared were left. But preparation alone is not enough to shelter Eric Fletcher from the chaos to befall the world as governments fail their citizens.

Keanu Reeves reads TEOTWAWKI
Reviewed: 10-19-15
The story isn't bad but the narrator was not the right fit for this genre. It is nice to know Keanu Reeves is still working but I was surprised to hear that he is now reading books for audible. OK, that's not true, Keanu Reeves is not the narrator but he does have a passable impression.

Story
Years before the public knew about bin Laden, Bill Clinton did. Bin Laden first attacked Americans during Clinton's presidential transition in December 1992. He struck again at the World Trade Center in February 1993. Over the next eight years the archterrorist's attacks would escalate killing hundreds and wounding thousands, while Clinton did his best to stymie the FBI and CIA and refused to wage a real war on terror. Why?

Going against the grain

In this era of "cookie-cutter protest", it is refreshing to find some actual evidence to support a theorem as opposed to the emotional, baseless attacks that I read daily in the news. While it may be appealing to pin 9/11 on a single administration, I believe the most relevant quote is the one I heard long ago in an effort to detract from President Reagan's victory over Communism, (I paraphrase) "Crediting President Reagan with the fall of Communism is like crediting a man for the sunset because if happened while he was around". The point is, the makings of 9/11 were in the works long before the 7 months President Bush was in office. Let's use some objectivity here. I believe in truth, not "partisian"(sic)ship. Please exercise some independent thought and weigh the evidence here.
